Collection (free)

Collect from our workshop at 17 Spelman Street, London E1 5LQ — Mon–Fri 9am–6pm · Sat 9am–2pm. Your confirmation email shows your exact ready time; bring your order number.

Delivery options

• Same-day London courier — £9.95. For same-day orders within Greater London, delivered the same evening your order is produced.
• UK next-day — £6.95. Dispatched the day production completes, delivered the next working day.
• UK standard — £3.95. 2–3 working days after production completes.

Production time is separate from delivery time and is shown before you pay: same-day and priority orders carry an exact date, standard production runs 2–3 working days.

If a delivery goes wrong

If a parcel is late, lost or damaged, contact us at info@teeworld.uk — chasing the courier is our job, not yours. Damaged-in-transit items are reprinted or refunded.

Returns

• Personalised (printed) items can't be returned for change of mind — they're made just for you. Faults are different: misprinted or defective items are reprinted free or refunded under our Print Quality Promise.
• Blank (unprinted) items can be returned unworn, in original condition, within 28 days for a full refund of the items. Contact us first and we'll give you the returns steps.
• Wrong item received? Entirely on us — we'll send the right one and cover all costs.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, normally within 5 working days of being agreed. Nothing on this page reduces your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
