Merch that members will actually buy
The gyms that sell merch well keep it simple: one strong logo, two or three garment colours, and a hoodie people would wear outside the gym. Because there is no minimum, you can order a first run of ten, see what sells, and reorder the winners at the same price band rather than guessing at fifty.
How the order works
- Artwork: a PNG at 300 DPI or a vector file. Polyester is printed with DTF or vinyl only; we will say so if a design needs adjusting for it.
- Names and roles: COACH, PT or a name on the back prints in vinyl per shirt.
- Turnaround: stocked colours qualify for same-day collection; a launch batch is usually ready within the week, with the date shown before you pay.
Questions gym owners ask
- Does the print stretch? DTF stays flexible on performance fabric; it is the method we use on every polyester garment. Cotton vs performance fabric explains the difference.
- Can we sell it on? Yes — many gyms buy blank-plus-print at the quantity band and retail the hoodie.
- Sizes? XS to 3XL on the men's sports tee, XS to 2XL on the women's, XS to 4XL on hoodies.
