T-Shirt Size Guide — UK Sizing in cm

Sizes below are garment chest widths, measured flat, armpit to armpit. For your best fit, measure a T-shirt you already like and match it — bodies vary, favourite shirts don't lie.

Adult sizes (regular fit)

  • S — 46cm flat (92cm around) · typically 34–36" chest
  • M — 51cm flat (102cm) · 38–40"
  • L — 56cm flat (112cm) · 42–44"
  • XL — 61cm flat (122cm) · 46–48"
  • 2XL — 66cm flat (132cm) · 50–52"

Children's sizes

  • 3–4 yrs — 34cm flat · 5–6 yrs — 36cm · 7–8 yrs — 38cm · 9–11 yrs — 41cm · 12–13 yrs — 43cm

Fit notes by product

  • Budget and premium tees — true to the chart above
  • Heavyweight — boxy cut; if between sizes, take the smaller
  • Oversized — intentionally 1–2 sizes bigger than regular; order your usual size for the oversized look
  • Performance — athletic cut, slightly slimmer; size up if you prefer room
