Terms & Conditions

These are the terms you agree to when you place an order with TeeWorld through teeworld.uk. They're written to be read, not to hide things.

1. Who you're buying from

2. Orders and prices

• All prices shown include VAT. The price at checkout is the price you pay — no hidden setup or artwork charges.
• Your order is accepted when we confirm it (on screen and by email). If we can't fulfil an order — for example a garment goes out of stock — we'll tell you promptly and refund anything you've paid.
• Ready times shown at checkout are commitments, backed by our Ready-Time Promise: if we miss a confirmed time because of our own delay, we refund the same-day or priority production charge.

3. Your artwork

• You keep all rights to artwork you upload. You grant us a licence to reproduce it solely to print and fulfil your order.
• You must have the right to use what you upload. We may decline to print material that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark, or that is unlawful or hateful. If we decline, you get a full refund.
• We check every order's artwork before printing. If we spot a problem we'll contact you rather than print something disappointing — but we print what you approve, so please check spelling and layout carefully.

4. Personalised goods and cancellations

• Personalised items are made for you, so under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 they're exempt from the usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right.
• You can cancel free of charge any time before production starts — contact us quickly and we'll confirm where your order is.
• Blank (unprinted) items can be returned unworn within 28 days for a refund.

5. Faulty or wrong items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, items must be as described and of satisfactory quality. Misprinted, defective or wrong items are reprinted free, or refunded if a reprint doesn't work for your timeframe. Send a photo and your order number to info@teeworld.uk. This is our Print Quality Promise, and nothing in these terms reduces your statutory rights.

7. Liability

We're responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms, up to the value of your order. We're not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (courier failures, supplier shortages), though we'll always tell you promptly and put it right where we can. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

8. The legal bits

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes belong to its courts. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest still stand. Last updated: August 2026.
