DTF T-Shirt Printing London — Same-Day, Any Fabric
DTF — direct-to-film — is the workhorse of modern garment printing, and the method behind most of our same-day orders. Your design is printed in full colour onto a film, bonded with adhesive powder, and heat-pressed into the garment.
Why DTF?
- Any fabric, any colour — cotton, polyester, blends and nylon; white ink base means colours pop on black garments
- Durable — our wash tests pass 50+ cycles without cracking or peeling
- Fast — no screens to make, no setup fees, which is why one shirt costs sensible money and same-day is possible
- Detail — fine lines and small text hold up better than screen printing at small quantities
When we'd steer you elsewhere
Honesty over upselling: for photographic prints on light cotton where a completely flat feel matters, DTG can be the better choice. Our team picks the best method for every job — or follows your preference if you state one at checkout.
Artwork for DTF
A PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI is perfect. Not sure what you have? Upload it anyway — the online designer warns about resolution problems as you work, and we check every file before printing. See the artwork format guide for the details.
