Our Five Guarantees

Guarantees are only worth what they cost the company making them. Ours are specific, and each one costs us something when we fail — that's how you know we mean them.

1. Artwork Check Promise

Every personalised order is reviewed by a person before printing. If your file won't print well, we contact you before the press runs — not after.

2. Ready-Time Promise

When an order misses its confirmed collection time because of our production delay, we refund the priority or same-day production charge. The promised time is fixed at checkout and we measure ourselves against it.

3. Print Quality Promise

Misprinted or defective items are reprinted free. If a reprint isn't possible in your timeframe, we refund the affected items.

4. Price Transparency Promise

The price you see on the product page is the price at checkout. No setup charges, no artwork fees, no surprises on the payment screen. VAT is always included in displayed prices.

5. Approval Promise

For uncertain artwork or large orders, you receive a digital proof to approve before production starts. Nothing ambiguous goes to print on a guess.

The boring legal bits

Personalised goods are exempt from change-of-mind returns under UK consumer law, which is exactly why the five promises above exist — the protection happens before printing, where it's actually useful. Blank (unprinted) items can be returned unworn within 28 days.
